A refined take on the simple wedding veil: the forever loved Satin Edge bridal veil.
Instead of using ribbon sewn along the edge, our veil is finished with soft satin applied in small fragments that follow the natural curve of the tulle, creating a smooth, fluid edge that drapes beautifully rather than forming a rigid border.
Made with our classic English Tulle. Soft, with a beautiful fall yet offering a sculptural subtle structure.
Most satin edge veils are finished with a ribbon that is sewn continuously along the edge. Our veil is finished differently. We use soft, high-quality satin that is applied in small fragments that follow the natural curvature of the veil. This allows the edge to flow seamlessly with the tulle, creating a smooth, fluid finish without the stiffness of traditional ribbon trims.
This depends on the look you want to achieve. Fingertip length creates a light, modern look and is one of the most popular choices. Knee and waltz lengths add a bit more drama while remaining easy to move in. Chapel and cathedral lengths create a more traditional bridal silhouette. Here is our lengths guide. A satin edge veil is one of the most versatile veil styles. It works beautifully with minimalist gowns, silk dresses, slip dresses, and modern silhouettes, but it can also complement more detailed gowns by framing the silhouette without competing with the dress. It really is the veil that goes with all dresses!
Minimalist satin or silk dresses
A satin edge veil pairs beautifully with minimalist gowns. The soft satin border echoes the smooth texture of silk or satin dresses while keeping the look clean and modern.
Lace gowns
If your dress has lace, a satin edge veil adds softness without competing with the detail of the gown. The veil frames the silhouette rather than introducing another pattern.
Structured or architectural gowns
For modern silhouettes or sculptural dresses, the satin edge helps define the shape of the veil while maintaining a refined and understated look.
Brides who want something simple but not raw
If a raw edge veil feels too minimal but lace or embroidery feels too ornate, the satin edge veil offers a balanced option. The edge adds subtle structure while preserving the lightness of the tulle.
Satin edge veils sit beautifully between modern and traditional. The clean border adds definition to the veil while keeping the design minimal. This makes them especially popular with brides wearing contemporary gowns, silk dresses, or minimalist silhouettes. And also perfect to frame a heavier embellished or more traditional lace gowns.
